  My family arrived in duck on saturday 8/27 for the week .
  
  We drove 8 hours and for our first night in duck we just wanted to get something easy and get delivery.
  
  We called duck pizza and the person answering the phone could not understand our order and asked 5 times for the address. ( we had a house literally next door to the shopping center ). It took 4 people to get the order through to her. We had to keep passing the phone to someone else as she could not understand. After getting off the phone we called back to let them know we would pick up as we were not confident they knew where we were . We only had to repeat the address 10 times and then explain where we lived ( literally behind the pizza shop ) They let us know it would be ready in 40 minutes ( 4 grilled chicken salads, wings and a cheese pizza ) we arrived there exactly 40 minutes later. There were three people working at the registers but no other customers inside. Seemed not to busy. After 5 minutes of standing at the counter we were acknowledged and told it would be a few minutes longer .
  
  So 15 minutes later the pizza and wings came out and sat on the counter in the boxes. Then we inquired about the salads . They said a while longer . 32 minutes later .... yes 32 minutes later .... the girl looked at us sitting there and goes oh ... let me get your salads. She brings them out . They had been sitting in the back kitchen the entire time. We asked since the pizza and wings had been sitging out all that time if it was still warm . The girl said it was . It was not .... The pizza was cold , wings were cold and soggy and the salads were actually premade with processed chicken that was just thrown on the top. It was DISGUSTING. I thought for sure because of all the waiting we would at a minimum get fresh grilled chicken . Not this frozen thawed processed pretend grilled chicken. So all in all it took 2 hours to get out food which was horrible . Also i paid 79.00 for crap cold food and bad service

  The pizza here is absolutely disgusting. You could get a better cheese pizza at 7-11 and definitely more delicious at Little Ceasar's. I paid 31 dollars after tax for 2 "large cheese pizzas" they were really medium at best, and an order of cheesesticks, this was the worst 31 dollars I have ever spent. I want my money back!!!
